1. CO2 laser tube

CO2 laser tube power available: 60w, 80w, 100w, 130w, 150w, 180w.

60w, 80w, 100w are able to do both good engraving and cutting. 130W and above are for cutting. Stronger laser power cuts thicker.

2. Front operation panel

DSP control, LCD display, cutting file and route is showing on the display. Laser output power and working speed can be set on this panel (and in machine software as well).

4. Emergency stop button.

Ampere meter for better observation of laser tube and laser power supply working condition.

5. Water cooling system

S&A brand water chillers, best in china, it is used to cool the laser tube. Different chiller models are available for different

wattage laser tubes: CW-3000, 5000, 5200, etc.

6. Air blowing pump

The air pump blows air to the laser head. It removes the heat and avoids material burning. Engraving cutting is better.

7. Exhaust fan (extractor)

Exhaust fan can remove the fumes caused during engraving and cutting.
